*Return Policy: 

~Defective or damaged items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must have all tags (if any) and original packaging. Please contact our customer service department via email at Abdeslovedcloset@gmail.com to return your item.  

~A shipping label will be issued via email for you to return the item and refunds will be issued once we receive your item.

~We do not offer refunds for sizing issues unless the item you receive is not within the quidelines for that size on the standard size chart.

~We do not offer refunds for preorder items unless the item has not shipped to you within the estimated time frame for that specific item.  Each item has its own estimated production time and that time frame is included in the description of each and every item on our site (preorder items are ordered specifically for you based on your purchase). Payment of your invoice acknowledges that you agree to and understand these terms and conditions for preorder items.
